Card of the Month: Ether
Ether won’t help you to multi-cast a video, but will surely help you to multi-cast spells.
About the card
Ether is a spell allowing you to cast two more spells in your turn. It is available in the deck of the Sorcerer in four copies.
The basic - you putrefact or you ruin
Because Ether allows you to play two spells in the a row, instead of one, you can chain the Putrefaction and the Ruin to remove 4 life points to a creature or an artifact. Basic, but effective.
The destroyer
You can destroy a card easily by playing a Putrefaction of a Ruin followed by Achieve, thanks to the Ether allowing you to play twice. In once turn, you are destroying a card.
The Treator
Here’s a tricky thing and it requires a bit of setup. First, supercharge yourself with two Ether. You will be able to play 3 spells. Then, play in this order:
- Alter the Fate to add the Treason status to an enemy card
- Putrefaction / Ruin to damage the card
- Achieve to destroy the card and trigger the Treason capacity
The card will come back on the board, on your control.
For better effect, keep a creature or an artifact in your hand to put near the new controlled card, and reinforce your position next to your opponent!
